How can I cancel an order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. If the order wasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to track the shipment status.
What if the package doesn't arrive?
If you don't get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us. We'll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
