1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Kept in its original packaging.

Please note: Damages caused by regular wear and tear do not qualify for a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygienic, cultural, or customized reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • eGift Cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Opened or used Blessing or Empowerment items (Due to their spiritual nature, these are final sale once unsealed, unless arrived defective)
  • Free promotional items or gifts

3. Return Shipping Costs & Labels

  • Return Due to Customer Preference: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and service charges (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
  • Return Due to Our Error or Defect: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Important: Please do not ship your return to the address listed on your parcel. Contact our customer support team first to receive the correct return authorization address.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: We offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Once an exchange has been processed for a non-defective item, that item is considered final sale and no longer eligible for a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary before funds are officially posted.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your credit, please reach out to us at our customer support email.

6. Lost Packages

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Oriental Fortune Bliss Co., Limited is not responsible for packages lost in transit sent via non-trackable shipping methods.
